Honorable Supreme Court have partially banned fireworks, but there is need that, it should be completely banned from India due to its adverse effects on our Environment. Unnecessary air pollution and noise pollution caused due to these mischievous behaviour of people. Presently as we are aware of AQI level, which is very bad in India and now it's time to take necessary action from our government. There is no need to play fireworks in Marriage and other related ceremony. It's a humble request to aIl the responsible citizens of India not to buy and sell these kinds of stuffs which are irrelevant in current scenario. Invented in China, which now  flourished in our country to that extent that it cannot be removed without individuals support. There are lots of harmful chemical compounds used in making of these firecrackers, like barium salt which contains poisonous gases. Harmful gases emitting from firecrackers are injurious to our health, causing lot of air born diseases like Asthma, Bronchitis and other allergies. For the sake of our Environment future I want that fireworks to be completely banned from India.

Conditions

1.To implement this plan on ground level, Government should make people aware of the repercussions of these activities by different campaigns and taking help of advertising agencies.

2. There are several rules formed by Apex court, under Environment Protection Act (1986), but these are not administered properly. To safeguard rules, there is a need to take help of Vigilance committee to properly surveillance the troublesome activities.
