Hearing impairment, sleep disorders, deficiency in attention and concentration, hypertension, cardiovascular issues are some of the problems caused by blowing the horn loudly. Fines are imposed like for speeding, jumping red lights, using mobile phones while driving. Why not for unnecessary honking?
