Parole Boards need to take responsibility for releasing serious repeat offenders back into society. Too many women in our country are sexually assaulted, raped and murdered by men with a history of repeat violence against women. The Parole Boards are too quick to allow criminals to re-enter society and repeat these crimes. This pattern must stop. How many innocent women have to suffer assault, rape and murder before these officials learn how to act in a responsible manner. Parole laws need to be made much more strict. Criminals who are a danger to society should not be released into society as has happened too often in recent history. 

Parole Boards need to be penalised if they allow criminals out of prison on parole and then commit similar crimes.

Governments need to amend current Parole laws to reflect these concerns.
