The Calgary Herald and Calgary Sun have published recent articles regarding the injured black bear. This is thanks to the number of supporters who want to see a right and moral decision made for this bear. I am so appreciative to all of you who have taken the time to advocate for this injured bear! Let's hope that Fish and Wildlife and Environment and Parks will keep their word to review and amend current policies that limit wildlife rescues to assist, not only black bears, but also grizzly bears, big horn sheep, mountain goats, coyotes, wolves, cougars and bobcats.
