We want the right to choose an assisted death if our suffering becomes intolerable.

We want the courts and Parliament to recognise:

i)  their duty to develop the common law in accordance with constitutional values, and 
ii) that it is unconstitutional to deny us autonomy over our bodies.

Twenty five years of incontestable data prove that the safeguards to protect the vulnerable in Oregon have never been breached. 

It is barbaric to force people to die a ghastly death when a more humane option is available. 

We stand with those who are fighting for the right to a dignified death.
