Dear Equal Civil Partnerships community, On the day of our resounding victory in the Supreme Court, we delivered a letter to Penny Mordaunt MP, the Minister for Women and Equalities, urging her to stop dragging her feet and announce that the government will open civil partnerships to different-sex couples. Sadly, we’re still waiting for a reply. Please add your voice to ours and join us in letting the Minister know that further delay is unacceptable. For others, the protections that a civil partnership provides cannot come soon enough.  The Minister has the power and duty to act now. Change is coming but we must all keep up the pressure.
