The 'shameful', 'barbaric' (Kate O'Connell TD) treatment of women and their families after maternity tragedies in Ireland continues their devastation and aloneness, bravely borne but ever so palpably there (Dr Jo Murphy Lawless TCD). It is something we should be collectively ashamed of (Minister for Health).
