Animal cruelty has remained under or not reported at all as there is no existing support system. Animal lovers have to run police stations of their areas to lodge a complaint and most of the times it's refused by the police personal and also depends on the kind of view that police personal has about animals. Thus there is a strong need of having one helpline number like 100 to report such cases and timely help.
