Will you support a Wisconsin mask requirement?

Hi all. Do you support the State of Wisconsin requiring masks inside public places and within six feet outdoors to fight the spread of Covid-19?

Thanks to you, the City of Milwaukee passed its own mask ordinance! But with 1,923 (!) counties, cities, villages and towns in Wisconsin, going municipality-by-municipality would take a looooooong time!

State Sen. Chris Larson and other legislators have just started a petition for a Wisconsin-wide requirement. You can read their reasons and sign the petition here. (This will just take you a minute.)

You can also contact Gov. Tony Evers here. All you need to do is write a quick message asking him to enact a Wisconsin mask mandate and just a sentence or two why. (This will take you just another minute.)

The Milwaukee mask mandate was a huge step forward for the city and the state. But if people also wear masks across Wisconsin, we'll all be safer wherever we travel through our state. Fewer infections in the state are good for all Wisconsin residents, businesses, health care providers and medical facilities. Right now, Chicago is so worried about us they've added Wisconsin to its 14-day self-quarantine order!

It's time for Wisconsin government leaders to step up and do their jobs to help keep us healthier and safer, as did all 15 members of the Common Council and the mayor when they passed the Milwaukee mask ordinance.
