During a time where a light has been shined on racism in our nation. Local government needs to address and take action. The Mayor of Mill Valley, Sashi Mcentee, has publicly stated that the Black Lives Matter Movement "was not of immediate local importance" and therefore shouldn't be discussed at a city council meeting. This behavior is unacceptable and action should be taken to remove her from office. We are asking for her immediate resignation.
