tl;dr: Instagram is planning on shutting down access for all developers to hashtagged content and content from public profiles. This severely limits the ability of organizations to create and harness social engagement. We need to show Instagram that there are many more developers who are using social for good than for bad. 

Ask: Instagram should have a clear application process that enables legitimate developers to access hashtagged content and content from public profiles.
