Greetings Mr.Dewine, Senators and Representatives of Ohio,

Today we bring this petition before you to ask for the removal of the THC limits in Ohio's Medical Marijuana program.

These arbitrary limits are causing issues in our program and neither the LLCS nor the patients desire these limits to be in the program.

The THC restrictions for both foods and concentrates need to be removed.

Other medical states have access to higher potency medications at drastically lower prices than are available in Ohio because of the restrictions.

Please assist us and remove this restriction that is only harming the patients of Ohio.
