We demand that Midlothian Council retains control of Newtongrange community facilities (Newbattle pool, Newtongrange Library, Newtongrange Leisure Centre and Newbattle Community Learning Centre) and implements a regular maintenance program that includes resolving the backlog to prolong the life of each.
