The problem lies in constant the disconnect and then reconnect the controller of xbox one. For most it started after the upgrade (I personally encountered this problem after the last update in November).
Forum Microsoft support can not solve this problem with standard instructions.

Just very sorrowfully when the support site without solving the problem simply closes the whole branch with problematic issues. Get familiar with this please.

As I said, many users, this problem is presented after the upgrade. So the problem is just an update.
Please Microsoft solve this problem as soon as possible. Many people wait for months to solve this problem. I created this petition because I love to play on Xbox One. I would not like because of this problem, stop playing the beautiful game on this console.
I hope to support community xbox (as in the future, this problem can touch and you). I hope for a speedy response to the decision of this problem from Microsoft.
