Outlook Express and Winmail popular and stable application from past which are developed by Microsoft. We are already using these application for NNTP (Network News Transfer Protocol)  protocol.

These applications have problem with modern Windows versions (8, 8.1 and 10) because of referenced shared libraries (dll) updated but these applications not. 

Microsoft support open source community, we want to Microsoft open Outlook Express and / or Winmail source code to community for surviving these applications.
