currently, blind users of windows require a third party screen reader to use the operating system fully. The screen reader built-in to windows, (narrator) is inadiquit for all but the most basic of tasks. Most of these screen readers are comercial and cost alot of money.  As a result, many blind people cannot aford to buy these screen readers.  Other OS manufacturers have provided native screen readers for their operating systems. I call on microsoft to provide a fully functional screen reader to windows 10.
