The Issue
Most pet owners are good people that believe animal abuse and neglect are morally wrong but yet there is no system in place to assist in making a safe decision when rehoming our pets. By creating a nationwide, accessible, Animal Offenders list we can find loving homes for our pets when life requires us to part, and help keep repeat Animal Offenders from finding their next victims.
