I'm creating this petition, my current goal is 5000 signatures, to notify Michael Motz, the CEO of Shoppers Drug Mart to start stocking vegan options & remove animal tested cosmetics.

As many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations & more become less cruel towards animals, and more forward thinking and inclusive with their vast range of customers, Shoppers Drug Mart hasn't. 

The companies that Shoppers Drug Mart promotes and sells, are mostly animal tested. Companies (for example) such as Dove, Listerine, Clean & Clear, Coppertone, Aveeno, Maybelline, Rimmel London, Tresemme, Pantene, Vaseline, Estee Lauder, Stila, Clinique, Cover Girl, Bobbi Brown, Old Spice, Almay, Neutrogena, Nair, NYC Color, L'Oreal, and so, so many more, these huge massive companies leave dogs, cats, monkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, rats & more, blind, with chemical burns, hairless, disabled, traumatized with internal bleeding, and more, until they die. (These brands were sourced from Peta, Crueltyfreekitty & Thevegetariansite).

It is so disheartening and sad to even think about, although millions of animals fall victim to these huge companies. There are hundreds of other brands that ARE cruelty free, and Shoppers sells a few, such as Soap & Glory, Burts Bees, Physicians Formula, Manic Panic that I have found. Selling products from companies such as Pacifica, Green Beaver, Bare Minerals, Cover FX,  Jane, Pumpkin & Poppy, NYX, E.L.F, Wet n Wild & more are affordable, cruelty free makeup brands. For higher end selection, Nars, Pixi, Urban Decay, Tarte, TooFaced are lovely.

It is so unnecessary to test on animals, it's 2015, we don't have to subject them to such a torturous treatment. Please sign this petition to help and liberate the poor animals & help the planet!
