Stop Cooperating with Surveillance of Black Lives Matter protesters.

Stop Cooperating with Surveillance of Black Lives Matter protesters.
The Issue
Law Enforcement officials have been filming Black Lives Matter protesters from Michael Jordan's Steakhouse in Grand Central Terminal. By permitting the surveillance, Michael Jordan and his Steakhouse are complicit in the government's effort to silence critics of police brutality.
A Martin Luther King Day demonstration in Grand Central Terminal memorializing those killed by police should not be filmed by police officers with high-tech cameras. This surveillance chills free speech and is intended to discourage dissent.
Demanding police accountability should not be cause for suspicion, nor should affirming that Black Lives Matter. But that's exactly the message the surveillance sends and that Michael Jordan implicitly endorses through his Steakhouse's cooperation.
Tell Michael Jordan to explain which government agencies were monitoring protesters from his restaurant and to end his cooperation with the surveillance.
