Due to the unsolved status of the disappearance and/or deaths of numerous women, allegations of police corruption, the lack of trust in the Chillicothe Police Department, and the alleged disappearance of evidence, we the people of the State of Ohio, hereby ask Mike Dewine, Attorney General, to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the disappearance and deaths of the women of Chillicothe, the alleged misconduct of numerous police officers, and the disappearance of evidence in law enforcement's possession.
