It appears the fight for our area of Westchester is finally won. Ordinance 220551 repealing the Westchester Municipal Advisory Committee once and for all passed unanimously at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on 07/07/2022.

Attached for our records, is the official document ordinance that repealed the creation of the Westchester MAC. Below is the link to the minutes of July 7th meeting and a screenshot of the dates the item was heard, culminating to the July 7th final votes. 

Thank you to every neighbor who stood up against incorporation and made their voices heard here on change.org, on Facebook and Nextdoor, in person at the Town Hall meeting(s) at the Westchester Library and at the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners meetings, on TV, etc. While the MAC never should have happened in the first place, we are glad to see the will of the people was ultimately heard and acted-on accordingly.
