The repeal was passed at the public hearing Wednesday but there is still one more step. The repeal legislation will now go back to the full Board of County Commissioners for a second reading and final vote.

 The fight to stop the incorporation of Westchester is over but, now we have another problem. At today's commission we saw a room full of pro developers who are determined to increase density in the non incorporated parts of the county. What we feared most about the incorporation of Westchester, increasing the density is still on the table.

Unless every sitting commissioner is replaced by Non Career politicians. This commission will do whatever they want. Fighting the incorporation was baby food compared to fighting these developers and the commissioners.
