THURSDAY, 8/26: Demand Transportation Licensing Commission Stop Approvals of New Party Vehicles

We’re about to cross 2,000 signatures! This is a major milestone, but I wanted to let you know about an upcoming event that, if left unchecked, will allow dozens more party vehicles to operate on our streets with little regard for the safety of Nashville residents & visitors.

This Thursday, August 26th at 1:30pm, the Transportation Licensing Commission is convening to approve the applications of 32 party vehicles, including 10 additional pedal taverns. While Nashville can’t currently regulate every kind of party vehicle downtown, that doesn’t mean we should allow business as usual to continue.

Will you join us THIS THURSDAY to demand Nashville stop all approvals of party vehicles?

Where: Justice A.A. Birch Building, 408 2nd Ave N, Suite 1120, Jury Assembly Room Nashville, TN 37201

When: THURSDAY, August 26th at 1:30 pm

Can’t join us? You can still make an impact!

Email the Transportation Licensing Commission to demand we stop approving party vehicles until we can ensure that our existing safety solutions are making a positive impact!

While we’ve made huge progress to call attention to the chaos and disruption caused by party vehicles, we’ve still got a long way to go before Nashville can truly be a safe, fun place for everyone. Thank you for doing your part, and I hope to see you on Thursday at 1:30pm.
