Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) has been wrongfully and arbitrarily labelling innocent users with one of the most severe and defamatory allegations possible: child sexual exploitation (CSE) — without evidence, justification, or due process.

Such false allegations cause devastating damage:

Mental harm: The trauma of being falsely accused of such a heinous crime is unbearable.

Social harm: Innocent people are shunned, ostracized, and lose their dignity overnight.

Professional harm: Careers, reputations, and livelihoods are destroyed instantly.

Being falsely branded with such an allegation is not just an error — it is character assassination of the highest order. Simply reinstating accounts after wrongful takedowns is not enough. The harm caused cannot be undone by a mere apology or technical correction.

Even competent courts do not dictate such a severe accusation without having solid ground supported with deeply argued evidences and clearly proven facts following due process of trial while Meta passing judgements of conviction upon the outcome of their automated appeal reviews confirming such an absolutely insulting allegation 'true' without any thorough legitimate due process of review, is apparently a crime committed by this entity (meta) under any fair and human friendly natural law of justice across the globe.

We demand that Meta and all platforms under its ownership be held fully legally accountable in order to bring its functioning sensibly and hold it liable to bear the recovery of trauma caused to each individual due to its illogical system activity as all human beings have right to live with dignity.

Immediate review and reform of all automated moderation systems that can falsely accuse users of CSE or similar extreme crimes without a thorough manual review having legal experts on board.

Independent oversight of Meta’s reporting and enforcement processes.

Restitution and compensation for victims who have suffered mental, social, and professional loss due to Meta’s reckless defamation.

Clear legal accountability under data protection, defamation, and digital rights laws worldwide.

No company, no matter how powerful, should be allowed to recklessly destroy lives with false and baseless allegations. Legislators, regulators, and courts must intervene to stop this dangerous abuse of power.
