Mr Burnham PM, please publicly hear my reply to your “what matters to you” email which I received this evening. 
I shared that ‘people’ matter most to me and  I suggested that in order to create revenue and support the improvement of Britains health and social care systems, you could suspend the annual firework display on New Years Eve and rather than have our homeless watch hundreds of thousands of pounds literally go up in smoke above them, plough the money into services, health care and housing. 

Apparently the fireworks cost The Greater London Authority (GLA), up to four and a half million pounds each year. According to Google, a single council built property costs an average of two hundred thousand pounds.
