� UPDATE ON WATERLOO BUS INTERCHANGE PETITION

Thank you to 1100+ local residents who signed our petition demanding Merseytravel turn the bus interchange in Waterloo into a greener space.

Due to the local elections there was a delay closing the petition and submitting to Merseytravel. Following polling day this Thursday I will make arrangments with Merseytravel to meet and submit the petition.

What are we looking for? At the very least we will be asking Merseytravel to make a commitment to local residents to change the bus interchange to a greener space and to inform that change, open up a consultatiin period for residents to have their say on what any new design should be.

Thanks again to the hundreds of local residents who took the time to sign the petition! It shows that residents want a cleaner greener Waterloo �
