Mendip District Council are still making their decision regarding The Amulet and whether to approve planning permission to change Shepton's Community Theatre into seven one-bedroomed flats and a retail unit or not.
Until the Case Officer is ready to make a recommendation you can still make your voice heard!
We strongly oppose these plans and are working with local residents artists and organisations to encourage Mendip to:
- Keep the building for public use as originally intended
- Conduct a full survey on the state of the building and its potential for community use and bring together community partners and businesses to explore this

And it'd not to late to sign and share the petition and leave your comments - we will send all these onto Mendip District Council.
