If you're ready to go to the next level, please email your Member of Parliament and ask for the regulations of "non-mailable matter" to be updated to include the spreading of misinformation and hate.  This isn't about freedom of speech so much as it is protecting our national postal service and our rights as Canadian citizens to protect each other.
