Mincome was introduced in Dauphin, Canada; for 4 years 1975 until it was stopped in 1979. In 2008 Evelyn Forget, an economist, retrieved the data collected and worked for several years analysing the information and summarising in a report.
"At the time it was the most ambitious social science experiment ever to take place in Canada, and saw rates of hospitalisations fall, improvements in mental health, and a rise in the number of children completing high school"
However, it was abruptly stopped in 1979, .....
