Please do not stop following this petition. I know I've not been great at consistent updates. Hard to do when one is constantly being barraged with harrassment, intimidation, retaliation and illegal assaults using psychological and electronic and biological warfare techniques, tactics and energies. And even more difficult when faced with constant displacement, homelessness, targeting and gangstalking techniques. 

And when I was still naive and ignorant - I just thought I was imagining the community policing and stalking.....

and as a result of my thinking I was just "imagining" due to what I just wrote off as hypervigalance induced by intrusive trauma memories - I voluntarily admitted myself to a psych ward. 

Which......

Proved to be disastrous as explained and documented in the grievances I wrote, submitted (no resolution - actually worse stalking etc is happening) and posted here and on Facebook and also emailed to over 70 addresses.  And Nothing!  "Unsubstantiated claims"is what the licensing and accrediting agencies determined.   Of course. The units are locked and patients have no access to video or audio recordings being conducted by the faculty.  And more. SO much more!

Can you say illegal surveillance, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.... ALL of which violate basic human rights laws!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even the hospital "Advocates" ignored my calls and/or were obviously not looking out for the patients best interest but by employment affiliation are literally "working" for the healthScare agency doing the violations; the "Patient Advocate' represent the faculty and NOT the patient. Let's not get this twisted in any way, shape or form whatsoever at all!!!!!!!!!!

I know how this sounds. Please educated yourself. I am being gangstalked and neutralized from exposing the people, places and agencies involved. 

And that's the problem. I've figured it out. MK Ultra victim....very likely.  And squealing about it because the program, unquestionably.... undeniably....
