So just wanted to do a quick update as we approach our first Meatless Monday together, and the first full week of this campaign...
Thank you so much for the overwhelming support of my friends, family, and my community! We are up to 58 change.org signatures and 33 followers on Instagram!
If every single person participates in Meatless Monday, we would have eliminated upwards of 322 pounds of CO2! That might not seem like a lot, but trust me, it adds up over time. Even eating one less burger per week is equivalent to taking your car off the road for 320 miles!
If you haven't already, please share this campaign with your friends and have them join the challenge! My goal for the next week is to hit 100 change.org followers and 75 Instagram followers :)
It'll take all of us, as individuals, to ignite change and combat the climate crisis.
