They have to sit continuously being judged, criticized, be-littled, etc. by that staff. The incompetence in Justice of the Peace Licensed Officials decision making is OUTRAGEOUS...

Inmates whom are in ORANGE normally a one piece jumpsuit, unless they are unavailable due to size nd they wear there clothing orange pajamas. The Cities Municipal Superior Court subpeona on a warrant or called page 2 or numeral No. II for the individual to be transported from DOC to be appointed and present in a hearing for NEW CHARGES held against them as they are still Property of State Prison Camping Grounds. They become held against their will in the County Jail Holding pertaining to the new cases until sentenced; when after that first appearance they should be returned to the Department of Correctons and CO II Officer that transported them.

No proper investigation is being completed nor on past sentenced cases being overviewed and NOT re-reviewed so past EVIDENCE can clear their name; as other Cold Case Verdicts had been brought up so it can be added to join the current/present case at hand.

All these surveillance and officers calls my brother Ramon Luna Bueno has NO involvement.

My brother Mr.Ramon Luna Bueno has been locked down in MAXIMUM SECURITY HOLDING at Department of Corrections State Ward Penitentiary Facility and/or 4th Ave Lower Buckeye Jail MAXIMUM SECURITY HOLDING locked down 24/7. Since 02/13/2020 he has been transferred THREE TIMES; Florence Arizona, Lewis, and Safford Arizona.

Trooper James Casey case was trialed and sentenced in my brothers name. As you can see he was dressed in orange DOC prison clothing as he was at that time State Ward custody transferred to the Municipal Court. Mr. inmate Bueno release date is 2071 and when it shows Intimidate Threatening threes times his release date is 2076 depending which State of Arizona Prison he is located. Since COVID inmates became more privledged with app center for communicating. My brother PeliPost app where we can send family photos by technology instead of the mail delivery has not trransferred his location to Safford, Arizona.

 

Mr. Bueno whereabouts were not at the scene of the crimes location nor in Trooper James casey uniform camera, all oficers involved camera footage. Down below the video pursuit.

As you know his location in Florence AZDOC Running Unit as he was asked to roll up his bedding, clothing, hygiene, and property; the prison provides a certain inmate clothing and a green file folder for transport due to him being transferred to MCSO to be appointed in court on NEW CHARGES regarding Trooper James Casey's death and court case which he IS NOT responsible for!

As you know I Yvonne Luna Bueno was also incarcerated at Perryville Prison and one of my Prison job as an inmate was STATE ISSUE AND MAIL PROPERTY!!

My brother was also on a pack up list to roll up and be transferred to OKLAHOMA COUNTY JAIL which probably are extraditing as there are SIX STATE PRISON THAT REVOLVE around that State.

Trooper James Casey hasn't received justice on his death, they charged, trialed and sentenced the wrong identity!

Mr. Ramon Luna Bueno was barely released from prison after Trooper James Casey shooting and Trial. He had to report to a Parole/Probation Officer, shortly afterwards he was being searched and manhunted; all over the Television News ChannelsI myself Yvonne Luna Bueno was in Prison in May/June 2015 and spoke with my brother when I called home. As you know phone calls are recorded when we call home collect. I even spoke with my mother at that time after. 

Since this manhunt in May-June 2015 to February 13, 2020, my brother has been sitting in Lower Buckeye Jail awaiting court. Instead in 2020 of February from 01 to 10; he was trialed and sentenced on NEW CRIMINAL OFFENSE FELONY CHARGES regarding motel shootings that happened in 2018. All these shootings lead back to Trooper James Casey shooting and court cases along with 1993 and 2004 shootings.

This shooting and manhunt search had three female and two male SUSPECTS, totaling FIVE SUSPECTS. 

The cause of this MANHUNT HAS NOT been appointed in court based on 2010 and/or 2011 DPS OFFICER SHOT in the eye making a Traffic Stop on I-10.

Officer 5 hour surgery Bart Graves

PHOENIX — A manhunt for multiple suspects was underway in the Phoenix area Wednesday after an Arizona Department of Public Safety officer was shot in the face during a traffic stop and responding officers got into a shootout, authorities said.

DPS officials said the wounded officer underwent five hours of surgery at a Phoenix hospital and was in intensive care but in stable condition Wednesday afternoon.

The shooting occurred just before 3 a.m. on or next to an Interstate 17 frontage road in Phoenix as the officer approached a car he stopped for extremely dark tinted windows, officials said.

The wounded officer was able to radio for help, law enforcement spokesmen said.

Other officers arrived a few minutes later, and shots were fired at them from the suspect vehicle. The officers returned fire, but the vehicle left the scene.

Several hours later, a Phoenix Police Department spokesman said authorities had located the vehicle and were searching the vicinity. The spokesman, Officer James Holmes, declined to specify the location.

More than three people — believed to be young adults — were in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, said Bart Graves, Department of Public Safety spokesman.

The officer's name was being withheld, but authorities said he's a six-year veteran.

Holmes said the discovery of the vehicle led authorities to cancel "blue alert" messages that were displayed on electronic signs on area freeways throughout the morning. The messages described the suspect vehicle as a blue Mercury Sable with a Kansas license plate, but authorities later also listed an Arizona license plate.

Police said I-17 remained open after the shooting, but the frontage road and several nearby exit and entrance ramps were closed as police conducted their investigation.
