The McKays Mill Master and Single Family Board have established a very comparable set of board members for 2023-2024 keeping a very similar agenda with continued aggression towards home owners with the Community Manager Kristy Bowman.

The last major meeting to take place was on 4/19/23 and all questions asked at the meeting were screened prior to you being able to speak at the meeting as you had to submit questions via email. Essentially you were not allowed to speak at what was supposed to be an open meeting, you would not be called on if your questions were not selected, what happened to free speech? 

Aggressive tactics from the board still continue in various forms around the community. Members like Mr. Stone report on a continual basis working closely with the board and its members selectively targeting home owners such as myself. Events throughout the community are being recorded and monitored for further investigation with local law enforcement and other outside agencies. Thank you.
