Now we have more good news: since the owners lost their longtime contract with Tyson Foods, McDonald’s biggest supplier, they have quit the chicken factory farming business for good! Unfortunately, this is just one of thousands of factory farms that raise and slaughter chickens for Tyson and McDonald’s. If the companies fail to implement meaningful animal welfare requirements, birds will continue to suffer. McDonald’s has no problem making false claims, however.
