Before I permanently close this petition in a few minutes, I'd like to thank everyone for the thousands of signatures our petition has received. 4,400+ people from 15+ countries all over the world signed this petition. While we were unable to get any real progress from Mazda, I still consider 4,400+ signatures with an online-only petition a feat not done by most. I can assure you I've never organized something of this scale, and am proud it got this far. While I'm just as frustrated as many of you petition signers, I urge you not to file a class-action lawsuit as I've heard rumors about on various forums. While I don't appreciate Mazda ignoring our concerns, a lawsuit would prove fruitless for us consumers and only line the pockets of the attorneys involved in the possible lawsuit. Not only that, but while the head unit has its' quirks and annoyances, is it worth possibly defacing the Mazda company over? Again, I appreciate all of the effort put into this petition.
