Hey guys, I know there have been a lot of updates lately. Thanks again for your support. I finally received a public fiber map from the city for the fiber they've installed but have yet to give the public access to. Overall, this is a very good thing as it shows where it would be most logical to start with an initial upgrading of existing infrastructure. There are some odd things about the document: 1. It states that this is a map of conduit, no the fiber itself. Which is ok since we'd need to have some new fiber run anyway. 2. It states that it is approximate. 3. It gives no indication in relation to the size of the conduit and/or how much of it is in use (aka filled). -- Still, overall it's a step in the right direction and shows that a large portion of the city has potentially useable conduit or even fiber. I've asked for further details. -- I also want to give a big thank you to the people helping me in the background.
