This is Big.

We are currently looking for a few neighbors and businesses to join our lawsuit against the City.

In order to better illustrate the adverse impact of the City’s failure to implement the Encampment Management Policy (EMP) on Oakland neighbors and businesses, NTO is adding a companion lawsuit to our current Writ of Mandamus against the City of Oakland.

We would like for you to potentially join our lawsuit. Please tell us more about how the City's failure to implement the EMP has affected you and/or your business.
