It looks like the co-governed camp that the City began is failing miserably.  What non-profit is attached to this and how much money was the contract for?  What council person set this arrangement up?  We have some questions and will be getting our answers soon in court.  For those of you who don’t know yet, we filed a Writ of Mandamus in Court last month demanding the City enforce its Encampment Management Policy (EMP). 

There is a similar planned encampment for D3 in my neighborhood.  Will we have the same mismanagement to look forward to??  It’s time to stop ignoring reality and letting performative altruism get in the way of effective solutions.
