Iam writing this pettion on behalf of my friend who feeds pigeons in Walthamstow.she has just received a letter from council that she Must stop feeding pigeons in 5 days or else it will be seen as offence in the eyes of so called God called council.we are discusted that our friend has been treated like a criminal for a pious act .my friend is a muslim and in islam its obligatory to feed pigeons as the prophet of islam fed the pigeons too.7 major religions of the world believe that feeding pigeons is a virtue and a noble act.below is my letter to the council officer :

To justine anderson,iam very disappointed the way I have been treated by you and the members of council.I emailed you many times but I believe that on purpose you ignored my plea,as I Now can for sure say that the council doesnt give the chance to innocent citizens ,but is only there to help the criminals .I tried to speak to you in person but you treated me like a criminal and my behaviour was never anti social but u were anti social for not giving a chance as im known as a very friendly and a good citiezen and while what you refer to as an offence in Gods eyes is the best virtue,as u might know that in 7religions feeding pigeons is sacred .hindus believe that their lord shiva fed pigeons ,Buddhists believe that buddha fed pigeons and that feeding pigeons bring good luck into life,sikhs believe that feeding pigeons is the direct contact with God as they believe that pigeons and any wild bird are Angels in animal form and when someone feeds them they go to the sky to God and tell God to take this person to heaven,iam a muslim and we muslims share the same belief as the islamic prophet used to feed pigeons ,the old testament Christians and old testament jews also believe feeding pigeons is a noble act for one gets rewarded by God as jesus himself used to feed pigeons ,so my question to you is if all these noble ppl were allowed to feed pigeons then why am I not.when God himself has said to feed pigeons then who gave u the right to be God. i did a survey by feeding pigeons trying to get ppls reaction and also by interviewing them .according to my 2years investigation I found out that 78%of ppl were in favour of feeding pigeons they gave me encouragement thumbs up but saying that we want to feed as well but we fear the council we dont want to be fined or jailed so my question again to you is what kind of law is this ,which instills fear amongst citizens council job is to make us feel safe but since the last 2years that I fed the pigeons only 7 ppl had objection to my feeding pigeons .that is only 7ppl in 2years .So 78 %ppl in favour of pigeons .13%ppl said we have no opinion 5%said we hate pigeons because said we read on internet and I managed to educate them about pigeons and now they had converted from hating pigeons to loving pigeons.only 4%were true pigeons haters .25drs vets and scientific studies have confirmed that pigeons or their poo carry no diseases,Dr murphy williams from germany has even said that their poo has antibiotics effect and that the first ever antibiotics in germany trial was made of pigeon poo.Farmers from around the world have said that pigeon poo is a good fertilizer.Building engineers have said that their poo does not pose any risk to buildings as their poo is neither acidic nor alkaline 

But has nitrogen which is good for buildings.psychiatrics have also said that feeding pigeons is very good for the mental health as it is theurapaic it is a destresser calms anxiety depression and helps a person be compassionate and positive in life which in my life experience is absolutely true as I was a very negative thinking person and very aggressive but since I have been feeding pigeons I have felt a positive change in my life .I only feel happy at peace guilt free when I feed pigeons I feel I am a good person and you have no right to take that from me or from anyone that loves feeding pigeons.you have no right to starve innocent Gods creatures just because some ppl dont approve of them.I wanted to provide all evidence to support my appeal but u didnt give me the chance to even appeal .I would like to provide all my evidence to court as you have threatened to take me to court ,I would want to sue you for violating my basic human rights that is compassion.also this is animal abuse on ur behalf that you are not letting pigeons eat and labeling them as vermin .those that have no compassion are vermin's .psychiatric Ashley jones from kenya ,mark wilson from Washington dc neuripadh bhatti from pune india have confirmed that those that have no compassion have mental illness as dr jones said that suicidals have NO compassion for themselves,
Psychopaths sadists sociopaths have no compassion for others.
Animal abuse always starts with abusing pigeons said dr wilson he further went on to say that serial killers first always start abusing their dolls teddy bears then its pigeons then cats dogs other animals then children then women then men .
So I believe in science and not rumours and when qualified professional ppl such as drs vets etc have confirmed that pigeons pose no risk then who r u to force ur ignorant belief on me .This is 2018 Not 1818 pigeon hatred will not be tolerated anymore .stop hatred Not compassion .The law is Not above Gods teachings and not above my emotions .pigeon feeding is the only act which keeps hindus sikhs muslims ,jains ,Buddhists Christians jews together it one thing that bonds them .
