Paphos Post Letter To The Editor February 2017

Sadly the saga continues in a recent letter to the Paphos Post this month: Dear Editor My Family have been on holiday in Paphos recently and stayed at the beautiful Athena Beach Hotel. Unfortunately their holiday was ruined by the nightly 'Biker Boys' riding their bikes up and down Poseidonos Avenue, while crowds of youths yelled and cheered them on, making a tremendous racket. I thought this disgraceful display of mindless youth culture was going to be tackled by the police some time ago but it seems that nothing has happened. Does Paphos 2017 City of Culture want to drive away decent people expecting a lovely holiday here or does it want to be known worldwide as a city of hooligans behaving badly. Word does get around when disgruntled holidaymakers return home. The choice is yours Paphos. Come on Police, get these noisy bikers off the roads now so people expecting a lovely peaceful holiday can actually get one! Name supplied
