The Issue

A massive Development is proposed for the now wooded triangle between Route 88, Burrsville Road, and Jack Martin Blvd in Brick Township

  1.  Four Story Hotel Residence with 103 Romes/Homes
  2. Two Large strip malls with retail shops
  3. 66 additional apartments above the strip malls
  4. An additional larger retail building.

This development is far too intense and will generate massive amounts of additional traffic in our already congested area.  There would be 300-400 new cars and trucks on the road during peak traffic areas!

What you can do to help :

  • Attend the Planning Board hearing on Wednesday, Oct 14 7-10 PM     401 Chambers Bridge Road
