Ziggy the petition poster dog and 9 others are Candidates euthanasia list

With a heavy heart I am posting that  OCAS has listed 10 dogs as candidate for the last chance/ euthanasia list including Ziggy who is the Face of this petition!!! Please bombard Orange County Mayor and commissioners about the barbaric conditions at OCAS!!!
