She paid $7 Million Dollar$ and will remove 5 thriving businesses!

WHY remove 5 local businesses, (many have been there for over 12 years), and replace them with a homeless shelter. It makes NO sense. These businesses are established and draw people to the neighborhood. The Mayor's office claims the shelter "will have minimal impact on the area." However, removing 5 businesses will impact more than 3,000 customers and over 200 employees...that's NOT minimal.
