Mayor didn't know the cost of Simpson property

What? If you're buying property, isn't that one of the the first questions you ask? Along with that, you actually GO LOOK at the property, walk around the neighborhood and see if it's the appropriate location for what you're building.... the Simpson Ave. site is NOT appropriate for a homeless shelter..
