WHY did you choose to live in the Simpson Ave area?

I moved to 600 E. because it is a thriving community, centrally located, on a bike route and in a great neighborhood. I can ride the streetcar, ride my bike or walk my dog and feel safe. The neighborhood is turning over and many young families now reside in the area. This residential community is NOT an appropriate choice for a homeless center.
