The city council voted on 7/21/20 to officially move forward with the sales tax increase in Fullerton.  The impartial analysis states that the funds WILL GO INTO THE GENERAL FUNDS.  This means, no matter what anyone says, there is NO GUARANTEE the funds will be used for roads or other infrastructure.
