we have received reports that only permanent residents of port aransas might be able to go in first Port Aransas to check on their houses while the remaining residents would have to wait. Although we agree that permanent residents need to check on their houses asap, ALL residents should also be able to get in without having to wait days or even weeks. We are all tax payers who are part of port Aransas. Why make vacation home owners be the last ones to check on their Port Aransas Homes? We pay thousands in taxes yearly and Contribute in many ways to the community. We don't think we are different. We are "ALL"  a Port Aransas community. 

Every minute counts and we could prevent further damage to our homes and boats if being able to get there soon. We are all taxpayers and deserve the right and the chance to check on our properties, losses.
