Two Loaded Handguns Found On Students Today!
Three Handguns Found In City Schools Yesterday!

Mothers want to know what the city is doing to keep guns out of our schools.

                East 153rd street and Concourse Village West
WHY:  
This morning, our School Safety Agents seized a loaded handgun at a Bronx school.  This afternoon, another loaded handgun was found in a Queens school.  Yesterday, our School Safety Agents seized three handguns at city schools. Four out of the Five handguns were loaded.

At the Mott Haven campus in the Bronx, the handgun was discovered because of random screening.  Our School Safety Agents averted 3 potential school tragedies yesterday.  Today, they averted two potential school tragedies. 

School Safety Agents confiscated the guns from the students, taking the guns off the streets and protecting not only the school, but the community.
