Birmingham should be a city of compassion instead of abuse which can be achieved by banning horse-drawn carriage rides.

Horse-drawn carriages are cruel to horses by forcing them to pull oversized loads, constantly breathe in noxious exhaust fumes and suffer from serious hoof ailments due to walking on hard pavement past the point of exhaustion - no matter how hot the weather is.

Horse-drawn carriages are a disgraceful exploitation that does not represent the wholesome and progressive image of Birmingham.
