There's a guy who lives at 6170 OLD BEATTIE RD in LOCKPORT NY, who had a dog chained (in his FENCED in yard )to a dog house for 10+ years. He had that poor soul out there 24/7 FOR 10 years!!!!! In extreme heat and frigid cold. The cops were called many times and he would bring the dog in for the night and put him right back out in the morning. Apparently the SPCA wouldn't do anything either because he has shelter. That poor soul FINALLY DIED after living such a tragic life and NOW THIS POS HAS ANOTHER DOG out there on an even shorter chain attached to the dog house. No doubt, to be dealt the same fate! My friend lives nearby and says that this poor dog is crying when she gets home from work at 5:00 untill about 8:30 when they finally come out and feed him.... She feels so angry and upset . When she confronted this JERK, he told her to mind her own business. This is a big biker dude whose property looks like he may be a hoarder and my friend is concerned that there could be repercussions from this guy towards her family if she gets too involved. BTW ... There is another small dog that lives inside! We need to change the laws affecting dogs that are chained outside in extreme cold and extreme heat regardless of whether they have food,water and minimal shelter! Why have a dog when it is alone and chained 24 hrs a day? And usually barking or crying.
